Duties

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions to meet client needs and preferences
• Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable treatments, styles, and products based on individual hair types and lifestyles
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations
• Utilize salon software such as GlossGenius for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing retail sales efficiently. You are also weclome to have your own scheduling system.
• We carry R+CO retail products you can upsell to boost sales while ensuring client satisfaction
• Support store management by handling front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques on hair styling, coloring, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence
